		<description>Hello Warren,

My category seems to lie in between some of the cases you have stated.

I own www.san-miguel-de-allende.com and www.san-miguel-allende.com. Both are operating websites but I think the real value is in the domain names and not so much in what is there now. Not only that, but their age is well past Google sandboxing and san-miguel-de-allende.com is heading very close to 6 years or more. Which gives it automatically, all things being equal and comparable, some ranking precedence over younger domain names.

So, the real value is the very specific name for a very specific highly touristed and sought after place to buy real estate. Many foreigners come here to start businesses as well.

I want to focus on other things and am considering selling both of these websites, but more importantly, the domain names themselves.

What is your take on their valuation?

Thank you for the above article!

Sinceremente,
